Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add in the maple syrup, yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract.
Fold in the sprinkles and mix well.
Fill the mini muffin pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the muffin pan and enjoy!
*Note: Allow to completely cool before storing in the refrigerator or freezer.
