Smoked Paprika Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Use a vegetable chopper to dice the peeled sweet potatoes.
  • Toss the diced sweet potatoes in a large bowl with the avocado oil, until well coated.
  • Add in the seasonings and mix well.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until your sweet potatoes are roasted to your liking.
