Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a vegetable chopper to dice the peeled sweet potatoes. Toss the diced sweet potatoes in a large bowl with the avocado oil, until well coated.
Add in the seasonings and mix well.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until your sweet potatoes are roasted to your liking.
