No-Bake Apple Pie Crumble

Ingredients
  

Apple Mixture

  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple, washed and chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon arrowroot starch (or cornstarch)

Topping

  • 4 tablespoons Old-fashioned GF rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 4 teaspoons Almond milk

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the chopped apple, cinnamon, and arrowroot starch.
  • In another bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, maple syrup, and almond milk.
  • In two microwave-safe dishes, split the seasoned apples equally and divide the topping mixture over each.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes or until the apples are soft and the topping forms a crust.
  • Optional: Drizzle with a little extra maple syrup and enjoy!
