Ingredients

Ginger turmeric tea (2 ginger turmeric tea bombs diluted in 2 cups water)

oranges, freshly pressed for juice

lemon, freshly pressed for juice

cups
organic frozen strawberries

organic frozen blueberries

hemp hearts
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Mix well and pour evenly into these
smoothie shot glass jars
.
Place in the refrigerator for 3 days or freeze them in silicone cube molds for up to 2 months.
