Preheat your Belgian waffle maker (we cook on setting 3)
Melt the butter in a microwave safe dish and warm up the almond milk by microwaving for 15-20 seconds.
Add all the wet ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients and then add them to the wet ingredients and mix again.
Optional - Add in any optional mix-ins.
Cook as directed on your Belgian waffle maker and enjoy!
TIP: I like to double batch these and freeze them for busy weekday mornings.
