Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl (except nuts, chocolate chips, and chia seeds) and set aside.
Mash the bananas in another large mixing bowl.
Add all of the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the mashed banana and mix well.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and continue mixing until well blended.
Fold in the nuts, chocolate chips, and chia seeds.
Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking pan and pour in the batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
