Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil.
Add in the flour, nutritional yeast, paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix until the broccoli is well coated.
Spread the broccoli out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the broccoli tops get golden brown.
